I’m Jessica: Certified Nutritional Health Coach, Yin Yoga & Meditation Teacher and founder of The Health Triangle.

My passion for health and wellness started many years ago when I completed a BSc in Psychology, with a focus in Health Psychology. After studying I took a detour and stepped into the fashion world, working in Buying & Merchandising for different fashion brands, travelling the world and living in different cities. It was exciting but also stressful and demanding, and after 10 years it was taking a toll on my physical and mental health.

I decided to leave the big, busy cities of London and Toronto and move to calm and peaceful Switzerland, where my health and wellbeing became my focus again. I accomplished this by focusing on three areas: regularly meditating, eating nourishing food and moving my body in enjoyable ways. It was not easy, but slowly I was starting to feel comfortable and happy in my body and mental state again. I wanted to help others with similar health issues I had (overly stressed, anxious, weight gain, broken sleep, skin breakouts, just to name a few), as I would have loved someone to support and advise me on my health journey. This is when I discovered Nutritional Health Coaching and went back into education to gain a diploma with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, alongside this I also became a certified Yin Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I am now a member of professional naturopathic associations: UKIHCA and ANP.

From this The Health Triangle was born, where I mainly work online with individuals, groups and global corporations, to empower and heal bodies and mind to become healthier and happier.
