What is Yin Yoga? Unlike the fast-paced flow of other yoga styles (Vinyasa, Ashtanga), Yin invites you to slow down and embrace stillness.

In Yin Yoga, the magic happens when you surrender to gentle stretches held for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes. These soothing poses target the deep connective tissues and joints, promoting flexibility, patience, stress relief and inner harmony.

Yin is suitable for all ages, with no previous yoga experience required..

    Offering personal 1:1 yin yoga & meditation classes, tailoring content and timing to your needs and requirements.

    Practice can include, tension release yin yoga, sound healing, breathwork, mindfulness, guided meditations and traditional buddhist meditations.

    Offering group sessions, with each class focused on a specific theme.
